For over a decade, Lotos Yoga Berlin has been one of the most respected and comprehensive yoga teacher training centers in Berlin. With more than 25 training groups, over 500 certified graduates, and teachers leading classes across our three studios in Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg, Lotos Yoga stands out as a vibrant, authentic, and deeply rooted yoga community.

200h & 300h Teacher Training – Your Path to 500h RYT

At Lotos Yoga Berlin, we offer both 200h Yoga Teacher Training — ideal for beginners or those starting their teacher journey — and 300h Advanced Teacher Training for experienced teachers who want to deepen their skills and refine their teaching. Together, these programs qualify for Yoga Alliance 500h RYT certification, giving graduates internationally recognized credentials.

Our 200h program provides the essential foundation, while the 300h advanced program offers deeper study, professional mentoring, and guidance in becoming a confident, independent teacher. Graduates of both programs are supported in taking the next step: we actively offer teaching positions to our graduates, allowing them to lead classes in our Berlin studios and grow professionally within the Lotos Yoga community.

Lineage-Based Training & Authentic Practice

Our training is grounded in the classic yoga manual Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha, published by the Bihar School of Yoga, directly sourced from India. This ensures that our graduates receive authentic, lineage-based knowledge in asanas, pranayama, mudras, and bandhas, aligning with internationally recognized teacher training standards.

Teaching in Our Berlin Studios & Community

Graduates teach in our three Berlin studios in Friedrichshain – Mainzer Straße & Loft and Prenzlauer Berg – Kastanienallee. Every class is led by instructors who trained at Lotos Yoga Academy, ensuring consistent quality and a shared foundation of knowledge.
